The Shared Headship Network are proud to announce the next step in our journey to support members, a unique matching tool which matches aspiring leaders based on values and experience!

To access this amazing tool, first please sign up to become a member!

We will then ask you to complete a form which will enable us to build a profile about you based on the type of role you are looking for, the type of school and the location. This information will then be shared with colleagues in a similar position and then it’s over to you to make contact.

As well as virtual meetups, SHN offers networking and coaching events for members and specific events based around the matching tool! The SHN will support you throughout your entire journey, from initial conversations to support for co-heads in post.
