The SHN offers schools bespoke support and guidance to create shared leadership roles and foster a culture of flexibility.

Our founders are alumni of TeachFirst, Ambition Institute and Future Leaders Programme with a wealth of experience and networks to influential organisations in education. The SHN can provide case studies, leadership training and coaching and assistance to transform school outcomes and cultures.
