We are 4 senior leaders in London secondary schools who have all recently returned to work from maternity leave. We all aspire to become headteachers but recognise the challenge of combining effective leadership, particularly in urban complex schools, whilst maintaining a work-life balance. We know that there are many like-minded and hugely talented individuals. We hope this network will help unite them to lead outstanding schools.
